The hotel had excellent service, from the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and provided with assistance. The reception staff was helpful and informative, providing us with a map and recommendations. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being within a 10-minute walk from popular attractions like St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
The room we stayed in had some drawbacks. It was a bit difficult to access, located in a separate building across a canal and up a steep staircase.

We were made to feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff are excellent and the service is top-notch. The wellness suites have a wow factor and are finished to a very high standard. The marble bathroom and spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed were delightful. The separate relaxing area and the quiet atmosphere were also impressive. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can book a wellness suite. The location is great, near a Vaparetto stop and within walking distance of everything. The staff is friendly and the room is very clean with comfortable beds. The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making a reservation at a great restaurant.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we loved it! The staff was friendly and even offered us complementary mulled wine and panettone upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions and restaurants. It was great to wake up to the views of the city from our room. Plus, the room was clean and spacious.
While we enjoyed our stay, the room temperature was a bit difficult to control and it got too warm at times. Additionally, the breakfast options could have been better.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the public water taxis. It was situated in front of a narrow canal with gondolas, adding to the Venetian charm. The hotel was still close enough to easily reach all the attractions in the city.
One downside of the hotel was the outdated rooms and low ceilings, which gave a cramped feeling.

The location was perfect, and the hotel arranged complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel. I stayed in an executive suite which was huge and had a separate sitting room. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a short walking distance. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent service made it truly outstanding. I'm already planning to re-book for next year!
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. The location of this place was perfect, tucked away down a canal just off of the grand canal, so there was very little noise from the outside. Additionally, it was strategic near to the St Mark's Cathedral, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
Although my overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, I would have liked the bar to be open in the evening. Due to the weather, it would have been nice to have a drink at the hotel.
